During our emphasizing phase, we identified our key stakeholders and the complexity of the problem. We narrowed our focus and engaged with multiple venues, property owners, neighbours, venues fans, miljö-och hälsoskyddsnämnden and the Business Region of Stockholm to gain key insights and their perspective about the problem.

This helped us to realise that the dialogue between venue owners and neighbours as well as the inclusion of neighbours are key to enable a sustainable business for entertainment in the city of Stockholm.

Our ideation phase has developed several concepts to contribute to an environment of inclusion and dialogue with the objective to raise tolerance levels between both key parties as well as drive further health, safety benefits to the community that the venues operate in and create potential new revenue streams for them.

We strongly believe that the combination of concepts and their further development could develop an “entertainment survival toolkit” to enable a faster recovery in harmony with its neighborhood.
